The complete Aligned Way, end to end: Operating, Human and Energy Systems worked together, in your company, with your team, until the rhythm holds on its own. Then we step back.

Somewhere between the founding team and the next stage, every company hits what we call the me-to-we ceiling. The founder is still the source of decisions, standards and urgency. The leadership team executes but doesn't yet lead. Meetings are long and issues come back. Everyone is busy and the company is still waiting on one person.
The usual response is to fix the operating layer: a new meeting cadence, a scorecard, a reorg, the next hire. That work is necessary, and we do it well. But it's the visible third of a deeper structure. Beneath every operating system is a human system, how your people lead, relate and decide. And beneath that is the energy the whole thing runs on: the founder's inner state, the team's trust, the patterns nobody names.
New processes installed by a fear-based leader become surveillance. New values rolled out from a culture of resentment become slogans. New strategy executed from chronic insufficiency becomes burnout.
Install the operating system without changing the human and energy systems underneath it and the new rhythm decays in ninety days. Work only on the inner game and nothing shows up on Monday morning. The Aligned Engagement is built on a simple conviction: the three systems have to move together, and someone has to be in the room long enough to make sure they do.
The Aligned Engagement is an ongoing partnership with a founder and their leadership team. It begins with the Foundation Day, moves into a sustained rhythm of facilitation and coaching inside your real operating cadence, and ends with a deliberate hand-off that leaves your team running the system without us.
We interview the founder and each leader, sit in on your meetings, review how decisions actually get made, and run the Aligned diagnostic. You get an honest picture of where the real constraint lives, which is rarely where the symptom shows up.
A full day with the founder and leadership team to arrive at a shared vision, the handful of priorities that matter most right now, and a plan the whole team is aligned on and owns. Most teams leave this day clearer than they’ve been in years. About the Foundation Day
We install the operating cadence and stay in the room while it takes hold: facilitating your weekly Level 10 leadership meeting, coaching the team through issue-solving, building the scorecard and accountability structure, and doing the human-systems work as real friction surfaces. This is where most installations fail, and where our presence matters most.
Energy and inner-game work with the founder and the leadership team. Individual coaching for the founder and key leaders. Team coaching on the patterns beneath the friction: control, proving, avoidance, the conversations that keep not happening. This is the layer that makes the operating system hold.
We move from facilitating to coaching to observing, transfer the meeting leadership to your team, and step back on purpose. The measure of success is a company that runs its rhythm without us in the room.
The Aligned Engagement is for companies where the founder is still the operating system, and knows it. You have a leadership team, or the people who could become one. You've grown past what instinct and hustle can carry. You may have tried an operating system before and watched it fade, or you've resisted one because it felt mechanical. And the founder is personally ready to change how they lead, not just how the company runs.
It is not for companies looking for a consultant to fix the machine while leadership stays the same, or for a founder who wants the team to change but isn't ready to go first. We'll tell you honestly in the first conversation which one you are.
[Typical profile, if you want to state it: $X–$Y revenue, N–N employees, a leadership team of 3–8.]

Chris has spent three decades working where strategy meets people. He owned and led a full-service marketing agency for thirteen years, advising hundreds of companies and their owners, before turning fully to coaching in 2003. Since then: more than 20,000 coaching hours with founders, executives and leadership teams, a 140-hour coach certification program he developed and taught, and the Three Systems and AlignedWay Leadership Model this engagement is built on. He is candid, easy to be in a room with, and quick to find the root cause under the symptom.

Jillian brings the embodiment and practice dimension of the engagement, and the perspective of a founder who has lived the arc herself. She co-founded The Barre Code and grew it into a national franchise through to its acquisition, after a decade advising global businesses at Accenture, and now supports founders through scale and exit as a Venture Partner at Exit Quotient Ventures. Her twenty years in wellness, including nervous-system regulation, breath and somatic practice, are what help a leadership team carry the inner work into the pressure of a real operating week. Full bioEvery engagement is shaped around your team's size, the depth of coaching involved, and how long the arc needs to be. We don't publish pricing because no two are the same. What we can say: the Aligned Engagement is a significant investment, it is structured [monthly / quarterly], and it is designed to end. We'll be specific with you before you decide anything.
It starts with a conversation about what an engagement would look like for your company. We'll ask hard questions, tell you where we think the real bottleneck is, and be honest about whether Aligned is the right partner to help you move past it. If it isn't, we'll say so.
The outer ring of your business can never be healthier than the inner one allows. We work all three, and deepest where it counts.
Aligned. External excellence through internal mastery.
